The main attraction of the Fall Fest this year was the Fear Factor Competition sponsored by SLC. There were four events in the Fear Factor competition: Chubby Bunny, Egg Roulette, Bug Eating, and Karaoke. Six teams participated: African American Womens Association, African American Mens Association, SLC, Association of Latin American Students, Double Feature Film Club, and Counseling.

The first challenge was the Chubby Bunny. This dare required the participants to place one giant marshmallow in their mouth after each successful repetition of the phrase “Chubby Bunny.” The SLC was eliminated.

The next challenge was Egg Roulette. This was a three round competition, a new player each round.

Dean Luis Moreno stepped in on behlaf of the Counseling Center to take part in the Bug Eating Contest. The bugs were chocolate covered crickets. Dean Moreno won the competition, with the Double Feature Film Club coming in second. Those two teams then competed in a Karaoke Challenge.

The Counseling Center performed first, singing Britney Spears’ “Hit me baby one more time”. DFFC then performed Backstreet’s Back.
The Double Feature Film Club won a free catered meeting for winning through the “applause-meter”.
